I am honored to have been invited as an expert in the field of psychotherapy. As a licensed psychotherapist in Brooklyn, New York, with over 13 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with families, couples, and individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of presenting issues.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused, meaning that I prioritize the unique needs and goals of each client, and I work collaboratively with them to identify practical solutions and actionable steps toward achieving those goals. My expertise includes, but is not limited to, relationship and couples counseling, anxiety and stress management, grief and loss, depression, trauma, and personal growth and development.

I understand that planning a wedding can be a joyous but also stressful time in one's life, and I believe that taking care of one's mental and emotional well-being is just as important as taking care of one's physical health. As such, I am committed to providing support and guidance to individuals and couples navigating the ups and downs of wedding planning and preparing for their marriage.

I will do my best to help Mark and Anastasia make their content interesting and helpful. As a licensed psychotherapist, I will share my knowledge with guys to become more effective online.
